Yes! We proudly accept DSHS subsidy and Working Connections assistance. Contact us to discuss eligibility and we'll help guide you through the process.

What ages do you accept?

We accept children from 4 weeks old through school age. Children with special needs may be accepted up to age 19 with proper documentation.

Are meals included in tuition?

Yes — breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are included at no extra cost through the USDA CACFP nutrition program. Infants: parents provide formula or breast milk.

What happens if my child is sick?
What is your drop-off and pick-up policy?

Please call us by 9:00 AM if your child won't be coming in. Children with a fever of 101°F or above, vomiting, or certain symptoms must stay home until symptom-free. Your child may return 24 hours after their last episode.

Drop-off cutoff is 9:00 AM unless arranged in advance. Pick-up must happen no later than 5:30 PM. Late pick-up is charged at $2.00/minute per child.

Do you follow Tacoma School District closures?

Yes. If Tacoma School District closes due to emergency closures (snow, earthquake, etc) , we close too. For delayed starts, we follow the elementary schedule. Closures are posted on our phone line and Facebook page.

What language is used in the classroom?

Both English and Spanish are used naturally throughout the day — in songs, stories, instructions, and conversations. Family conferences can be held in either language.
